Is shipping free?

Only checkout can confirm whether the current cart qualifies for free shipping.

How long does an order take?

Normal processing is about 1–2 business days, with estimated transit of roughly 2–4 business days; carrier timing is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange a non-defective item?

Yes. Within 30 days after delivery, request a mailed return or exchange for a change of mind, personal preference, or wrong selection. The item must be new, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by its packaging, tags, and accessories.

What are the return charges?

A free return label comes in the package, and there is no restocking fee.

What if an order is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete?

Send the order number, checkout email, and a description. We may request photos or video of the item and packaging. The same process covers a material difference from the product description; do not mail the item before authorization.

When will a refund be processed?

After approval, we return it to the original payment method and process it within 10 days. An exchange remains subject to inventory.
