Order scope and timing

This policy applies to physical goods ordered from our store. We normally prepare an order in about 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 2–4 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and any free-shipping offer is determined only by the terms shown at checkout.

Address and tracking

Please provide a complete delivery address and an accurate email address and phone number. When tracking is available, we send or display carrier updates using the order information supplied at checkout.

Delivery problems

For a delay, suspected loss, delivery scan without receipt, or transit damage, contact us promptly. Keep the packaging and provide the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and clear photographs when damage is involved so we can review the record and work with the carrier.

Carrier coverage, destination limits, parcel dimensions, restricted locations, and local rules may prevent service. Ask us about an order by including the destination and the identifying details listed above.
